At Jousting Pigs, we bring over 10 years experience of award-winning competition barbecue to your table. In 2019, we opened our doors in the Historic Downtown District of Liberty, Missouri. Unfortunately we've closed our doors but in 3 whirlwind years we won Best BBQ in the Northland twice, were named #4 BBQ in Kansas City by Kansas City Magazine, and were featured in numerous publications.
